Overview

Airbridge Aviation Services operates as the official authorized distributor of Airbus Helicopters for the civil segment in Turkey. The company delivers end-to-end helicopter solutions spanning sales, maintenance training, genuine spare part supply, and tailored after-sales support from its operational base at Atatürk Airport (ISL/LTBA/AHL), Hangar 17, in Istanbul. Airbridge Aviation Services addresses the requirements of government agencies, corporate operators, and private clients through four core service lines: helicopter sales, pilot and technician training, spare part sales, and H-Care maintenance programs.

The company distributes six Airbus helicopter models: the H125, H130, H135, H145, H155, and H160. These rotorcraft serve 5 distinct mission categories — including aerial work, passenger transport, offshore oil and gas operations, emergency medical services (EMS), and VIP transport. According to Airbus Helicopters, the H125 model holds the world altitude record for helicopter landings at 8,848 meters (29,029 feet) on Mount Everest. The H145 variant offers multi-mission capability with a payload capacity of up to 1,905 kilograms (4,200 pounds).

Airbridge Aviation Services extends its market presence beyond Turkey into sister markets across the Balkans, the Middle East, and the Turkic States — including Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan. The company also facilitates helicopter acquisition through financial solutions developed in partnership with both conventional banks and participation banks, using risk-shared financing models. This dual capability positions the organization as a supplier and a long-term aviation solution partner.

The sustainability commitment of Airbridge Aviation Services reflects Airbus's decarbonization roadmap. All distributed helicopter models receive certification for up to 50% Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) blends, with a target of 100% compatibility by 2030. In 2021, Airbus Helicopters achieved the first flight of an H225 with 100% SAF powering one Safran Makila 2 engine, validating the feasibility of full SAF adoption in rotorcraft operations.
